Qiao Qingchen, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhengzhou City, Henan province. He was born in 1939, joined the PLA in 1956, and joined the CPC in 1960. Qiao was conferred the rank of major general in 1988, promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 1996, and promoted to the rank of general in 2002.
